Simple Realty Northwest is seeking a Recruiter \ Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us recruit top talent to our fast growing company. We provide all of the tools to carry out what this position entails, including: marketing budget, email marketing systems, online marketing and management systems, professional image and highly marketable brand, as well as business cards and other office tools.

The right individual will posses the following skills and qualifications. Recruiting experience preferred.

1. Self-motivated.
2. Excellent marketing and communication skills.
3. Strong networking skills, and ability to work well with diverse range of personalities.
4. Strong salesmanship and long term relationship building skills.
